Pay-Per-View (PPV) Online offers users a simple and immediate way to watch The John Searl Story via the internet for a relatively low cost compared to purchasing the DVD. HOW DOES PAY-PER-VIEW (PPV) ONLINE WORK?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HIGH & LOW RESOLUTION?
The John Searl Story is available for viewing in both High Resolution and Low Resolution versions. Low Resolution is suitable for broadband speeds above 400Kbps and permits a viewing screen size of 320 x 240 pixels (file size approx 300Mb). High Resolution is suitable for broadband speeds above 1Mbps and permits a larger viewing size of 640 x 480 pixels (file size approx 700Mb), with improved audio quality by comparison.
IS PPV COMPATIBLE WITH BOTH PC & MAC?
Our PPV system works on most browsers in both Mac & Windows operating systems, where the appropriate Flash Player is installed.

WHAT IF THE MOVIE STOPS AND STARTS?
At times, broadband connection speeds can vary due to heavy online traffic or server issues. If the speed drops below our recommended bitrate speed, buffering issues will occur causing your movie to stop and start. This can be corrected by pausing the movie for an extended period of time or until fully loaded, then restarting.
WHAT IF THE MOVIE STREAM FAILS?
Each PPV purchase will provide you with 2 views. If, for any reason, your movie stream fails on more than 2 occasions, simply email us with specific information about the error, and we will do everything possible to rectify the problem.
KNOWN ISSUES WITH INTERNET EXPLORER 7 & 8.
On occasion, Flash files will fail to play on Windows Internet Explorer 7 & 8 (even when the player is successfully installed). This is an ActiveX issue. There are various fixes and patches available, however the most reliable solution is to use an alternative browser. We recommend Firefox or Google Chrome.
